We’re so glad you’re here. Becoming a new patient at Heal Austin is simple, supportive, and centered around your individual needs. Below you’ll find everything you need to know to get started with us, including our new patient process and what to expect during your first visits.

Getting Started: The Clarity Call

Your journey with us begins with a Clarity Call — a 30-minute phone or virtual consultation with Dr. Banuelos

  • During this call, you’ll discuss your main health concerns, goals, and any relevant background.
  • The Clarity Call helps determine the best approach to your care and whether you’d benefit from lab work ahead of your in-person visit.

After your Clarity Call, we’ll schedule your New Patient Consultation.

New Patient Consultation

Your in-person consultation will last approximately 90 minutes and includes:

  • A deeper discussion about your health history, current symptoms, and wellness goals
  • Review of any existing labs (if you’ve submitted them in advance or ordered them through us)
  • Exploration of emotional and spiritual components to healing, when relevant

If you’ve ordered labs through Heal Austin following your Clarity Call:

  • A printed copy of your results will be prepared for your visit
  • You’re welcome to take notes and bring the copy home

Dr. Banuelos will design a personalized treatment protocol that may include:

  • Nutritional and herbal supplements
  • Dietary guidance
  • Lifestyle or energetic recommendations for whole-body healing

After Your Appointment

Before you leave, you’ll receive:

  • Your customized Nutrition Schedule, which includes:
    • Dosage and timing for supplements
    • Any labs to be ordered
    • Additional notes from your session
  • Any recommended supplements will be prepared and ready for you to take home

You’ll also receive a copy of your Nutrition Schedule via email after each visit. It will be updated at every follow-up.
