Shipping & Ordering Policy
Shipping Options: We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 4-7 business days after processing.
- Priority Express Shipping: Although it may estimate 1-day shipping, please note it is not overnight shipping. Delivery time varies and can take additional business days after processing. Allow one business day for processing before being shipped out.
Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours. Please allow at least 1 full business day for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 4pm on weekdays, or on weekends, will be processed the next business day.
Bulk Orders: While we understand the demand for bulk purchases, we want to clarify that Heal is primarily focused on serving individual customers and small-scale orders. We are not equipped to handle wholesale orders at this time. Our operations are tailored to meet the needs of individual consumers, and we may not have the capacity to fulfill large quantity orders.
Please be mindful that we do not allow refunds, and we only allow store credit for certain purchases.
In addition, we cannot accept returns or allow exchanges for any of the following products:
- Custom Tinctures
- Opened Supplements
- Expired Supplements

What to do if package is lost:
If you have concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Heal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility.
What happens if my order is fraudulent?
A fraudulent order is one placed without your authorization. We take security seriously and have measures in place to prevent fraud.
