Heal Custom Made Tinctures require the name of the custom made tincture and the ingredients that go into the tincture. This can be found on your Nutrition Schedule provided by your practitioner. Please provide this information in the short answer box by selecting "View Cart" when preparing for checkout. Once you have clicked "View Cart" at the bottom of that page, there is a box that says "Order Special Instructions" Please put the information for your custom made tincture in this box. We will receive that information when your order is submitted.
